My regret is some familial health issues which require me to close my practice and return to my home state of New Mexico.  It would be hard to imagine any other circumstances that would require me to give up my practice but under the circumstances this is something feel I must do.

I will update my contact information on this website and with the court before I leave Seattle and I will remain the attorney and point of contact on all my existing cases I have on-going (with my client’s permission).   I have sent a letter to all my clients with open or pending cases.

At this time we are not accepting any new clients but are referring them to two very qualified attorneys. 

Our Office will be closing down for good on Friday November 30, 2007.

Finally I want to thank you Seattle for all you have done for me! I will truly miss you!
